Copy and paste text faster with Chibaku - one tap copy

Chibaku's one tap copy lets you copy text in one click and use it wherever you need. It is a clipboard tool suited for users who want to save text they are bound to reuse in a board and then copy it with a single click.

With Chibaku, it is easy to copy text you use frequently be it email addresses, copypastas or just discount codes you have saved.

This also makes it the perfect clipboard tool to use for social media when it comes to generic customer replies on direct messages and comments.

Getting started with Chibaku

Head over to Chibaku and create a new account using your email. You can use Gmail to sign up and login too.

Once done, you will receive a verification email; this might end up in your spam so please look there too.

After you have clicked your verification link and verified your account, you are good to go.

How to use Chibaku

Click on "Create new board" to create a board where you will store specific types of text.

Next, name your board to represent what type of text you will store there. Then click on create.

You will be taken to your board. Click on the plus icon at the bottom of the board to get started.

Type the text you wish to reuse in the popup and click on Create. You have now created a Bubble.

If you click on this Bubble, you will copy the text to your device's clipboard.

You can create up to 20 Bubbles per Board and you are limited to 5 boards on the free plan; upgrade to the Lifetime plan to add unlimited boards and Bubbles.

Using the multi copy feature on Chibaku

On the bottom right of each bubble, you can see a checkmark. You can select multiple such checkmarks and then copy them together.

When you paste them, you will notice that they are all pasted together. This is super helpful for reusing multiple sentences and lines with variations for cold emails and other prospects.

Other features on Chibaku

Chibaku has a few more features you can utilise to create a helpful tool. These are niche use cases but are developed to work best for those who use them often.

Rename your board on Chibaku

Click on the gear icon to rename your board on Chibaku; we currently have a 16 letter limit for each board but we might change it depending on feature requests.

Embed your Chibaku board on your website

With the embed feature, you can embed the Chibaku board on your website; this allows users to visit your website and copy text.

Add team members to your Chibaku board

You can add team members to your Chibaku board so that they can copy text you have created; this is helpful for campaigns where you might need to reuse the same text consistently.

Note: you can use the search feature to look up certain keywords in your boards. Some features require a lifetime plan to work.

Use cases for Chibaku

We created Chibaku with the sole intention of saving time when it comes to copying text.

Here are some of my favourite use cases:

Save personal info on a Chibaku board

I save my personal info such as name, number, email, usernames, etc so I can copy and share them quickly.

My bank details are also saved to a Chibaku board so that I can share them with clients or use them during bank procedures online.

If you're like me you have multiple links to various accounts, posts, etc that you want to share. With Chibaku, you can save them to your board and then share with the recipient whenever required.

If you love spamming the Yoshikage Kira copypasta every time you see a Diamond is Unbreakable post on Instagram then Chibaku works well for you.

Save the copypasta and then simply tap on it to copy the whole thing before you plonk it in the comments section.

You can do the same for various iterations of copypastas and not bother about long press or dragging your cursor to copy.

Reusable short code with Chibaku

I use the code for clean URLs every time I deploy a website on Firebase; this is stored in a Chibaku board and is super helpful to simply copy and paste from a single source as someone whose background isn't coding.

If you receive the same enquiries, you can create and save them as a board on Chibaku.

This makes it easy to send replies to customers without the need for typing it each time; and on the lifetime plan you can add your team members so they can take care of things when you are unavailable.
